What does it mean "In Stock At Our US Warehouse"?
It means that the product(s) is/are, or on the way to our USA warehouse located in Champlain, NY. When this is the case, processing time will be 3-4 weeks.
What does it mean "In Stock"?
It means that the product(s) is/are in our hands and available for shipping right away. When this is the case, processing time will be 2-3 days.
What are pre-orders?
When one of our diecast suppliers lets us know of an upcoming new product they usually release a limited quantity available for us to pre-order along with the estimated release date of the new product. The release date is the day that they start shipping the products to those that pre-ordered. We pass along the pre-orders for our clients to purchase (reserve) our product allocation (allocation is the amount we initially pre-ordered). Once the release date arrives (or a couple of days before) we close the pre-order status and change the status to IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK if all the pre-order allocation has been purchased/reserved. Pre-orders are an excellent way to assure you get the product before anybody else, as we fulfill pre-orders first before regular orders.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you certainly can.
Please note that we charge a 10% cancellation fee on the pre-order items for administration purposes.
Why do you give pre-order discounts?
Well, to be honest, it’s a way for us to guarantee that we sell (doesn’t always happen) all or part of the amount that we pre-ordered. And of course, to incentivize the sales of the product. It’s a win/win situation for both parties (you get the discount and we sell the product).
Can I mix pre-orders with regular orders?
With our new pre-order system, yes you can. But be advised that we will ONLY ship the whole order once we receive all the items/products to fulfill the order (commonly called: combined shipping). This way you will save (only pay for one shipping or get FREE shipping if the minimum purchase amount is reached. Please read our Shipping Policy here).
I want my regular order shipped before my pre-order.
We can certainly do that! Please place two separate orders (one with your regular items & another one with ONLY pre-order items). You will then pay two shipping flat rate fees (if the orders don’t reach the minimum amount to get FREE shipping). We will then process the orders separately and ship out the regular order once it’s fulfilled.
Can I get FREE shipping if both orders combined (regular & pre-order) reach the minimum amount for FREE shipping?
Yes, if one of the orders (regular or pre-order) reaches the minimum amount for FREE shipping we will refund you (to the card used for the purchase) the extra shipping paid. We will issue the refund once the last shipment is processed. That normally occurs when the pre-order is ready to ship.
